bye bye quality…

What enjoy people with wine ?of course reflect without taking into account the alcohol present in the wine which is only a component for really lovers…No I am joking alcohol is important too, but drink wine allows people to penetrate a spirit, it allows people to be full of feeling which you transport to soils all over the world, we imagine a country, and wine growers which prepare their beverage with passion.

But observing wine consumption all over the world we can see a strange phenomenon, it appears that bad wines tend to have a success quiet important. Why people buy those wines? Price? perhaps, but it would mean that this drink seem to loose its noble character. Wine, I am so disappointed, is becoming a drink of everyday consumption.

How can I claim that? it is easy, new world countries like Chilli but above all Australia are spreading a wine culture based on trade, sales and profit. New world wines are found the key of success, now quality is a secondary element, so what people want?

People are looking for a minimum range of wine, they do not want to be lost between hundreds of brands and Australia understood that gather producers was important? Moreover, we have to underline and enforce marketing and commercial force, now renown is not sufficient anymore. At last, perhaps the most important is to propose a wine adapted to consumers, for example Australia disposes of a data base gathering consumers information.
